life is getting super busy with weddings every weekend and sessions during the week.
ethan's helping me time manage better (because i completely suck at time management).
at the end of each week we create a schedule for my work week so i don't go mad
with the amount of editing i have to do.
he's really good at scheduling and i'm really good at doodling and smelling the permanent marker.
taking time to be husband and wife is really important to us.
we love to dance. with or without music.
our favorite song to dance to is by andrew peterson. the words are true. so we dance to them.
i really can't stand being "too busy" or getting frustrated or stressed.
it's no good.
it causes more physical pain and can put strain on my marriage.
why would i want that!?
sometimes i allow the emotions to take over my heart and i become an angry mess.
it's not cool like the hulk, it's just a mess.
ethan sweetly reminds me of what's important : Kingdom work.
we work for Jesus! what a cool life.
this last week i have not been representing Christ very well.
i have not been witnessing to others or showing them Christ's love.
i have been angry and seeking only to please myself.
my heart has been hard towards others.
i have been showing everyone around me that i think it's okay to sulk and to be selfish and to think that i deserve things because i'm tired and work hard. blah blah blah.
our sermon at church put me in the best of moods yesterday and it's made my heart ready and excited for a new week. i am so thankful that we are granted new mercies each day and that we have a forgiving Lord.
we were reading in Psalms 119.
i have never read through the whole thing.
what a shame.
new goal : read through Psalms 119 every single morning and meditate.
i think my Father is pleased to see me each morning with my coffee and all my brokenness.
this morning after reading i feel like encouraging others, loving on them, sharing Jesus with them!
i have so many things on my to do list but if none of them gets done and one person feels the love of Christ today, that is far better.
